OPS Program Manager: General Maintenance

JOB SUMMARY
The Ops General Maintenance Manager oversees supervisory and administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves managing, assigning, and prioritizing the work of General Maintenance (GM) mechanics, trainees, and helpers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of GM-related building systems. The Manager is responsible for the operational success of the department and contributes to defining its strategy and direction in accordance with Maintenance and AACPS policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include visiting schools to diagnose building system deficiencies and inspecting ongoing projects at various stages of completion. This position is considered essential personnel.
