1. Maintains Athletic equipment inventory, storage, and distribution.
2. Website management
3. Schedule and copy materials for meetings.
4. Receives and distributes messages to the appropriate staff.
5. Types and distributes reports, letters, forms, lists, newsletters, memoranda, agenda, schedules, and/or other documents.
6. Answers phones and filing as needed.
7. Operates and maintains standard office machines and equipment, such as facsimile (FAX) and duplicating copy equipment.
8. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail. Handles those items of a general nature.
9. Maintains strict confidentiality with respect to handling student/employee record/personal data.
10.Performs other duties as assigned.
