Position Summary        

Is this position exempt from overtime pay?

No

Performs general secretarial and clerical office tasks. Duties are specific based on a particular assignment in a school or central office. This position works to support the athletic director and coaches at the host school and the work may involve frequent and responsible contact with students, parents, the general public, and the school system administrative and instructional staff. Work is performed under general supervision and employees are expected to exercise initiative and judgment in the timely execution of assignments.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.  Maintains Athletic equipment inventory, storage, and distribution.

2.  Website management

3.  Schedule and copy materials for meetings.

4.  Receives and distributes messages to the appropriate staff.

5.  Types and distributes reports, letters, forms, lists, newsletters, memoranda, agenda,
     schedules, and/or other documents.

6.  Answers phones and filing as needed.

7.  Operates and maintains standard office machines and equipment, such as facsimile
     (FAX) and duplicating copy equipment.

8.  Receives, sorts, and distributes mail. Handles those items of a general nature.

9.  Maintains strict confidentiality with respect to handling student/employee
     record/personal data.

10.Performs other duties as assigned.

11.Athletic Field set up as needed.

·  Ability to exercise courtesy and good judgment in dealing with students, parents,
   administrators, other employees and the general public.
